Troll and Thames Language & Culture realise the importance of safe, clean, friendly accommodation as part of any holiday in Great Britain and we aim to provide the best quality accommodation for our clients. As a tour operation company, we are able to offer groups a range of different accommodation according to their requests and appropriate to their budget:

• Thames Language & Culture provides host families in the area of Kingston-upon-Thames, south-west of London. Host families are carefully selected according to a strict standard of safety and quality. As a result, our host families are friendly, welcoming and comfortable, as well as understanding the needs of the people staying with them. Staying with a British host family can offer students and adults an unrivalled experience of daily life in Great Britain and often results in new friendships being made. Visitors staying with host families will experience some differences between the families accommodating the group. You are reminded that you are staying in people's homes and not at a hotel. We trust, therefore, that you will show respect for your host's home and way of life.
• Older students may prefer to stay in a youth hostel and we have chosen a number of good quality hostels in the London area which provide facilities up to the standards that we expect for our clients. Youth hostel accommodation is, of course, more expensive than staying with host families. Also meals and other services may not be included.
• Adult groups are welcome at our host family centres, but occasionally chose to stay at a hotel. We are pleased to be able to arrange bookings in such cases.
